The Trade Show offers race officials a chance to "shop" for all their needs, and it offers companies an efficient way to show their products and services to a highly targeted audience.  

 

The 2006 Race Directors’ Meeting and Trade Show will be held on October 12-14 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at the Hyatt Pier Sixty-Six Resort. Our headquarters hotel is located at the yachting capital of the world on a spectacular marina.  Spend an extra day and enjoy the three pools, fishing, sailing or nearby golf.   We expect race directors, sponsors, and officials from events of all sizes throughout the United States to attend what is one of the sport’s must-attend gatherings.  We have another spectacular faculty that includes Directors of the Atlanta Marathon, Ukrops Monument Ave 10K, Suntrust Richmond Marathon, Cellcom Green Bay Marathon, Credit Union Cherry Blossom, Peachtree Road Race and ACLI Capital Challenge.  Of course, scores of other events will be in attendance.

The trade show conducted over two days will have set up Thursday afternoon and begins Friday at 8:00a.m. The trade exhibit provides our select group of attendees with a chance to shop for their race needs. This is your target audience. We expect excellent turnout given advance requests for information. Limited exhibit space should sell out early so don’t delay and risk being turned away. The trade show provides an ideal opportunity for you to meet with key buyers of your products or services in a relaxed atmosphere.

The cost for an exhibit is $850, and includes one admission to the meeting, the keynote luncheon, receptions and breakfast a $380 value itself. Exhibit space is limited, so if you are interested, return the signed contract and your check to hold your booth.
