The 2010 Road Race Management Race Directors' Meeting and Trade Exhibit will be held November 11-13 at the Westin Colonnade in Coral Gables, FL. The hotel is 6 miles from the Miami Airport. Make plans now to soak up some sun as the weather gets colder next November!

The Program
The entire faculty prepares fully in advance, often surveying races around the country to bring you topical, in-depth information in all our seminars. The Trade Show
Race officials have a chance to "shop" for all their needs at the two-day Race Directors' Trade Exhibit. The show provides a very efficient way to see what's new for race directors and running clubs, and to meet people you may have been talking to on the phone for years. 

Networking
The weekend offers numerous informal gatherings--including the Atlanta Track Club continental breakfast, Gasparilla Distance Classic Coffee Breaks, Gatorade Breaks, Keynote Luncheon, and MarathonGuide.com/World's Best 10K and Ashworth Awards evening receptions--to renew acquaintances, make new friends and learn from your colleagues in a relaxed resort atmosphere.

Give a Key Worker a Real Perk

Special Five for Four Registration Offer
Any race committee, club or company that registers five people by October 23rd may register the fifth person free. Payment and all five registrations must be transmitted together by October 23rd to qualify--all registrants must be members or staff of the sponsoring organization.
