About the Meeting

The 2008 Road Race Management Race Directors' Meeting and Trade Exhibit will be held Nov. 6-8 at our new location: the Marriott Hollywood Beach in Hollywood, FL. The hotel is right on the beach and the boardwalk, so make plans now to soak up some sun as the weather gets colder next November!

The Program

The Trade Show
Race officials have a chance to "shop" for all their needs at the two-day Race Directors' Trade Exhibit. The show provides a very efficient way to see what's new for race directors and running clubs, and to meet people you may have been talking to on the phone for years. 

Networking
The weekend offers numerous informal gatherings--including the Atlanta Track Club continental breakfast, Gasparilla Distance Classic Coffee Breaks, Gatorade Breaks, Keynote Luncheon, and Running Network/World's Best 10K and Ashworth Awards evening receptions--to renew acquaintances, make new friends and learn from your colleagues in a relaxed resort atmosphere.

See the Sights
Think about spending an extra day to enjoy the beach, pool, sailing, fishing or nearby golf in this tropical oasis (golf packages are available through the hotel). Our meeting headquarters is located right on the beach and the boardwalk, so the running and sunning options are great!

Special Five for Four Registration Offer
Any race committee, club or company that registers five people by October 23rd may register the fifth person free. Payment and all five registrations must be transmitted together by October 23rd to qualify--all registrants must be members or staff of the sponsoring organization.
